Hey, just thought you might want to know that you can take Advanced Level Design apparently. You need a certain number of Program Electives and that's one of them.

I'm on the same stage, got the Angel model, rigged and unwrapped, just need to put the textures together. I'll take care of the interface for this one and get some environment pieces done before class tomorrow.

I'm finishing up the textures for the cherub and weapon as I speak. I'll try to come up with some environmental stuff for tomorrow. I'm thinking Greek columns, heavenly gates and pedestals and such. Can be used for platformers as well as the other genres.

Next week either Tuesday or the other 2 days would work. I have 6 hour beaks on Monday & Wednesday, but I just signed up for a lighting certification workshop so Monday would probably be out.

Hey, thanks for dropping by, I check here a bit more often than my email as it get so full of crap mail its just too much to wade through. Anyways, I'd be more than happy to throw together the interface for this one and I think maybe we should each build some environment pieces that can be pulled from and mashed together different for the different projects so they can be more versatile for the other ones we put together. Both of us sticking with the general heavenly theme for the environment should make them fit together well, and we can each make our own textures if you want and pick and choose what we like best when we get to class.

Not really sure how often you check your email, so I thought I'd drop a line here too. I was wondering what was going on for the environment and interface portions of our project. That's all we have left to do, and I'd like to get that stuff mostly done for class on Thursday. If I don't hear anything back from you, I'll probably call in the next 2 days. Hope you're feeling better!

actually I use crap from my pallete derived from skin tones from photos, lay down quick color on a multiply layer over the lines, then monkey with hue and saturation and color balance till i like all the new colors in the piece, then I eyedropper them while painting the piece and don't use the swatches anymore.
